  • Program Rosters will now be entered into PowerSchool via the Informational Technologies department using this file.  This is to be used when adding large groups of students.  All day to day changes will continue to be managed by each site. 

    To submit your roster please follow these steps.  

    1. Fill out the file with all requested information
    2. Save the file as Intervention Rosters- School Name
    3. Attach to email
    4. Send to helpdesk@susd12.org and CC Erika and Vanessa
    5. Follow up with Erika or Vanessa if Rosters are not entered after 48 hours
