Week of February 24, 2014
Welcome back! I hope everyone had a wonderful Rodeo Break! There are no new announcements this week. We do have a couple of reminders.
- Action Item- Coordinators: Will you have any changes to your tutoring schedule this week due to the interview schedule?
- Action Item- State Tutors: Please make sure all hours for January and February are entered by Friday. We will pull the hours report on April 1.
- Coordinators (LEADS and STATE only): This meeting was rescheduled for this Wednesday. We will meet in the Sunflower room at the District Office.
- Please bring the actual list of students who attend tutoring.
- Please bring your computer
- If we have time we will look into some intervention data.
- Important Dates:
- Monday Site Visits: Los Ninos and Lauffer
- Tuesday: No Visits, I will be meeting with a coordinator who cannot attend Wednesday. Please let me know if you would like to join us.
- Wednesday: Coordinator Meeting, 3:45pm @ Sunflower Room
- Thursday Site Visits: Mission Manor, Apollo
- Friday: Snack counts due to Isabella Mendoza @ Food Services
