If 1:1 will reduce costs while increasing learning, I am all for it. I saw the motivation during the AIMS when we were working on a Global Warming Budget simulation on-line. Usually after AIMS my students are overly energetic and have a hard time focusing. This year was different, they enjoyed the work and were focused!

Post Aims, my students created a Glog (digital poster) and were excited to be doing so. High student engagment and opportunities for the me to assist students one-on-one more often, 1:1 works well.
