With all the plans for increasing technology in our classrooms I sure hope it turns out to be a Second Order Change and brings much success to our students.

It says in the project red book that an example of first order change is "almost all educational technology initiatives are first order changes.  Even if they are well implemented, their impact is limited."  How does the district hope to affect second-order change through this initiative?  What is the plan to take it to the next level?
