Some of the best teacher sites on in internet are what are refered to as content aggrigators. These are sites that collect some of the best resources on the web and make it easy for teachers to find what they're looking for.
General Curriculum Sites
Thinkfinity This site allows teachers to search for lesson resources either by key word or by AZ State Standards.
Annenberg Learner Not just lessons, but also fantastic digital resources on a variety of different subjects.
Internet 4 Classrooms This sites active community of teachers make sure that it's up to date on the latest and greatest internet resources.
SUSD Coaching Resource Links This ever-growing collection of helpful links is hand picked by our district technology coaching team. Found a site you like that's not on the list? Let us know and we'll add it in!
IDEAL Learning Network Sponsored by a partnership between Arizona State University and the AZ Department of Education, this site is a great place to locate lesson plans for all the core subjects.
Media SitesSMART Exchange- A fantastic site where teachers share the interactive SMART Board presentations which they have created.
YouTube for Teachers- Not just videos, but also a collection of lesson plans, games and projects.
Watch Know Learn- A community of teachers and students who share various types of interactive media specifically targeted AZ content objectives.
Khan Academy- What started out as a one-man operation with a handful of instructional videos, has grown into a who community of educators staring not only instructional videos, but also interactive quizes, games, project ideas and more!
SchoolTube- A great place to see both instructional and project related videos my by teachers and students in grades 3-12.
Slide Shows and PowerPoints
Slide Share- Lots of diffreent slideshows for all subject areas grades 6-12
Pete's Powerpoint Station- Similar to slide share but focused more on upper elementary grades 3-5.
