Students who have something wrong with their computer and it needs to be fixed must fill out the STUDENT HelpDesk Ticket.  Once it is filled out and the teacher has signed it please bring the ticket and the computer to the LRC drop off box.  When the computer is fixed it will be brought back to you.  If the computer is going to take many days to be fixed a loaner laptop will be given out.
